The health fair is very well received event. On the average 100 people take advantage of this free service. Information on Ayurvedic and other alternate medicine is also disseminated. AIA thanks all the area medical doctors, nurses, and other professionals, and other volunteers who help make this annual event a great success.

AIA has been holding events listed above to benefit our community for the past 25+ years.
AIA volunteers help with organizing these events. For example, the Community Health Fair, which is attended by more than 100 people, is not possible without the generosity of the doctors who donate their Sunday morning to conduct tests and offer advice.
AIA has participated in many national and international social projects over the years, benefiting people both in the USA and India. Our founding mission has always been "to provide a forum of common action to all whose Indian heritage and American commitment offer a bond of unity, and to facilitate involvement of the members in American Community life through Charitable, Cultural and Educational activities."
